AHANIX TV LIMITTED Warranty
AHANIX, Inc. ("AHANIX") warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship as specified below.

AHANIX TV
products are warranted for one (1) year for labor and parts from the date of original purchase. This warranty is only valid for the first consumer purchaser in the United States and Canada.

LABOR
For a period of one year from date of original purchase, if this product is determined to be defective, AHANIX will repair or replace the product, at its option, at no charge, or pay the labor charges to any AHANIX authorized service facility. After one year from the original purchase, the labor charge for servicing your product will be at your expense.

PARTS
In addition, if the product is determined to have a manufacturing defect, within a period of one (1) year from date of original purchase, AHANIX will repair or replace the product parts at no charge to you in the U.S.A. and Canada.

EXTENDED WARRANTIES
Extended warranties may be purchased from AHANIX to extend this warranty for TWO (2) or FOUR (4) YEARS total coverage (all parts including LCD panel). Please refer to the AHANIX Extended Warranty Guidelines on www.ahanix.com for further details.
To obtain warranty service, you must take the product, or deliver the product freight prepaid, in either its original packaging or packaging affording an equal degree of protection, to any authorized AHANIX service facility.
And you will be required to provide
A. A copy of the dated sales slip.
B. Your name
C. Your complete address and phone number
D. The model & serial number of the product.
E. A description of the problem
Further, should AHANIX determine that the product is outside of the warranty term, AHANIX will return the product to the sender at sender's expense without being repaired or replaced, unless authorized by you to service the out of warranty product at your expense. All handling or restocking charges for returns and/or replacements shall be non-refundable.
AHANIX specifically excludes from this warranty any non-electrical/mechanical attachments, accessories and disposable parts including but not limited to outside case, cord and plug. AHANIX reserves the right to repair or replace defective products with the same, equivalent or newer remanufactured models that may include remanufactured or refurbished parts or components.
Normal "Wear and Tear" is not covered by this warranty. Further, AHANIX hereby reserves the right to determine "Wear and Tear" on any and all products.
Tampering or opening the product casing or shell, will void this warranty in its entirety.
Warranty does not cover:
1. Any product, on which the serial number has been defaced, modified or removed.
2. Damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from:
a. Accident, misuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning, or other acts of nature, unauthorized product modification, or failure to follow instructions supplied with the product.
b. Repair or attempted repair by anyone not authorized by AHANIX.
c. Any damage of the product due to shipment.
d. Removal or installation of the product.
e. Causes external to the product, such as electric power fluctuations or failure
f. Use of supplies or parts not meeting AHANIX specifications
g. Normal wear and tear.
h. Any other cause which does not relate to a product defect..
i. Damage to, or abuse of, the coating on the surface of the display.
j. Removal, installation, and set-up service charges.
3. TV that has not been properly maintained or operated according to the operation manual
4. TV that has been used for commercial, non-household purposes;
5. TV that was not imported by AHANIX
6. The TV was not manufactured according to specifications of the United States market
Note: AHANIX is not responsible for any returned product without an assigned Return Merchandise Athorization number.
Exclusion of damages:
DAMAGE TO ORTHER PROPERTY CAUSED BY ANY DEFECTS IN THE PRODUCT, DAMAGES BASED UPON INCONVENIENCE, LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCT, LOSS OF TIME, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, LOSS OF GOODWILL, INTERFERENCE WITH BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS, OR OTHER COMMERICAL LOSS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
AHANIX IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE, WHETHER SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, DIRECT OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER KNOWN OR SHOULD HAVE BEEN KNOWN TO AHANIX, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROPERTY AND PERSONAL INJURY RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OR WARRANTY, THE INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT OR UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY IN CONTRACT OR TORT. AHANIX'S LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE ACTUAL PURCHASE PRICE PAID TO THE RETAIL SELLER OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.
THESE WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES ARE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE AND USE OF THE PRODUCT. NO OTHER WARRANTIES, ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, ARE GIVEN.
No AHANIX dealer, agent or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, change or amendment to this warranty without the written consent and authorization from AHANIX, Inc.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or liability for incidental or consequential damages, or do not allow a limitation on how long an implied warranty last, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you have other rights which vary from state to state.
Ahanix Case LIMITTED Warranty
Ahanix, Inc., warrants this product to be free from defects resulting from faulty manufacture of faulty components under the following terms:
- Warranty Length
Parts and Labor are warranted for 1 year from the date of purchase. Replacement products will be warranted for the remainder of the warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer.
- Who Is Protected
This warranty is enforceable only by the original consumer purchaser.
- What Is And Is Not Covered
It is important to note that our warranty is not an unconditional guarantee for the 1 year length of the warranty. Ahanix Products are made from the finest materials available under our exacting manufacturing standards. But, like any other product, they are not indestructible. Therefore, our warranty does not cover product damage that may result from abuse or mishandling of the products, nor does it cover incidental or consequential damage.
Also, as with any product, it should be expected that component parts, moving parts, etc. will show wear with use over time, and eventually may need to be refurbished or replaced. This type of normal wear and tear is naturally not covered by our warranty, but we will always be happy to provide you with prompt, high-quality repair service at a nominal cost.
All Ahanix products are covered by this 1 year warranty.
The following are not covered by the warranty:
- Any product on which the serial number has been defaced, modified, or removed.
- Damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from:
Accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning, or other acts of nature, commercial or industrial use, unauthorized product modification, or failure to follow instructions included with the product. Repair or attempted repair by anyone not authorized by Ahanix, Inc. Any shipment damages (claims must be made with the carrier) Any other causes which does not relate to a product defect.
- Cartons, cases, batteries, cabinets, tapes or accessories used with this product.
- Ahanix, Inc. does not warrant that this product will meet your requirements. It is your responsibility to determine the suitability of this product for your purpose.
- Removal or installation charges
- Shipping charges.
- Any incidental charges.
- Exclusion Of Damages
Sole obligation and liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of a defective product at our option. Ahanix, Inc. shall not, in any event, be liable to the purchaser or any third party for any incidental or consequential damage, (including, but not limited to, damages resulting from interruption of service or loss of business), or liability in tort relating to this product or resulting from its use or possession.
- Limitations Of Implied Warranties
There are no other oral or written warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The duration of implied warranties is limited to the warranty length in Paragraph 1.
- State Law And Your Warranty
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights granted under state law. These rights vary from state to state.
- Warranty Registration
It is not necessary to send anything to Ahanix, Inc. to register your products. In the event that warranty service is required, Ahanix, Inc. will request proof of purchase (store receipt or invoice).
- For Warranty Service
If the products need repair, return them to the dealer from whom you purchased the product. All products returned to Ahanix for warranty service must have prior approval, which your dealer can obtain by calling Ahanix, Inc. at (626) 964-8880.
If the repair is required within the warranty period, enclose the proof of purchase with the defective product and return it to the dealer. During the warranty period, your product will be repaired or replaced without charge, excluding shipping and handling.
To return your product for service, package the product securely in its original packaging and ship it postpaid. Your dealer or Ahanix will not be responsible for damage due to shipping. Remember to enclose your proof of purchase and a clear description of the problem.
- For Out-of-Warranty Service
If the repair is required after the warranty period, there will be a charge for service and parts. Contact Ahanix, Inc. at (626) 964-8880 for a repair estimate on your out-of-warranty product.
